We report a case through which a patient seasoned withdrawal signs and symptoms from phenibut and was properly treated using a baclofen taper. This situation report highlights the development of phenibut use condition with coingestion of Alcoholic beverages and prospective administration for phenibut withdrawal. We believe that clinicians should be
